Many Crystal Maiden Studio products are one-of-a-kind or available in limited quantities. An item placed in a shopping bag is not guaranteed until the order has been successfully completed.

If an inventory error occurs and an item is unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund for the unavailable item.
